Terms of Service and Sale

Last updated: 24 July 2026

This document is a generated draft. It does not replace review by a qualified lawyer.

Publisher

These Terms are issued by [[À COMPLÉTER : raison sociale / identité de l'éditeur]], [[À COMPLÉTER : forme juridique]], registered under [[À COMPLÉTER : numéro SIREN / RCS et ville du greffe]], whose registered office is at [[À COMPLÉTER : adresse du siège social]] (“Verifagent”, “we”, “us”).

Governing law and venue: [[À COMPLÉTER : droit applicable et tribunaux compétents confirmés]].

The service

Verifagent is a dead man’s switch (heartbeat monitoring) for automations such as n8n, Make and Zapier. You create monitors with an expected frequency and grace period, place a secret ping URL in your workflow, and Verifagent watches for missing signals.

When an expected signal does not arrive in time, Verifagent opens an incident and may notify linked channels (email, Slack, Discord or custom webhooks). A later successful ping can resolve the incident.

Verifagent is a monitoring and alerting tool. It does not execute, repair or guarantee your workflows, nor the platforms that host them.

Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Accounts are organized into organizations with roles (for example owner, administrator, member).

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content of signals and metadata your workflows send to Verifagent.

Plans, trial and billing

Verifagent currently offers:

  • Solo — free plan with limited monitors, email alerts and a short visible history window (7 days).
  • Studio — paid plan (€19 per month after trial) with higher quotas, additional channels and a longer history window (90 days).
  • Enterprise — custom arrangements managed outside self-serve checkout.

Studio checkout may start with a 7-day trial. Stripe may require a payment card before the trial begins. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically and the card is charged for the first month at the end of the trial.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Verifagent does not store full payment card numbers.

Prices may change for future periods; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required.

Withdrawal and cancellation

If you are a consumer entitled to a withdrawal right under applicable law, you may exercise it according to that law, subject to any exceptions that apply to digital services begun with consent.

You may cancel a Studio subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal in the dashboard when billing is configured. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Failed payment or cancellation does not, by itself, disable existing monitors; plan limits may apply to new creations.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Verifagent, attempt to disrupt the service, probe other customers’ monitors, or use ping URLs you are not authorized to call.

Do not send unlawful content or sensitive personal data in ping payloads. Tokens in ping URLs are secrets.

Availability

We aim for continuous operation of ingestion, scanning and notifications, including periodic dispatch triggered by an external scheduler. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero false negatives, or delivery of every notification under all network conditions.

Limitation of liability

Verifagent helps you notice silence. It does not guarantee that your automations run correctly, that every failure is detected, or that every alert is received or read in time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verifagent is not liable for business interruption, lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages arising from undetected outages, delayed or failed notifications, misconfigured monitors, or third-party platform failures (n8n, Make, Zapier, Slack, Discord, email providers, etc.).

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amounts paid to Verifagent for the service in the three months preceding the claim (or €100 if you are on a free plan), except in cases of fraud, gross negligence, or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Intellectual property

The Verifagent product, brand and interface remain our property. You retain rights to your configuration data and content you submit. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance when permitted by law.
