No paid service is offered for sale at this time. The terms of sale will apply from the opening of paid subscriptions.
These Terms are published by the individual carrying the Verifagent project, a natural person not yet registered as a company. Registration details of the publishing company will be published upon its registration (“Verifagent”, “we”, “us”).
Contact: contact@verifagent.com.
Governing law and venue: French law. French courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
The service
Verifagent is a dead man’s switch (heartbeat monitoring) for automations such as n8n, Make and Zapier. You create monitors with an expected frequency and grace period, place a secret ping URL in your workflow, and Verifagent watches for missing signals.
When an expected signal does not arrive in time, Verifagent opens an incident and may notify linked channels (email, Slack, Discord or custom webhooks). A later successful ping can resolve the incident.
Verifagent is a monitoring and alerting tool. It does not execute, repair or guarantee your workflows, nor the platforms that host them.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Accounts are organized into organizations with roles (for example owner, administrator, member).
You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content of signals and metadata your workflows send to Verifagent.
Plans, trial and billing
Verifagent currently offers:
- Solo — free plan with a limited number of monitors, email, Slack, Discord and webhook alerts, and a short visible history window (7 days).
- Studio — paid plan (€19 per month after trial) with unlimited monitors, every alert channel and a longer history window (12 months).
- Enterprise — custom arrangements managed outside self-serve checkout.
When paid subscriptions open, Studio checkout may start with a 7-day trial. The trial will require a payment card to be registered. Unless cancelled, the subscription will renew automatically and the card will be charged for the first month at the end of the trial.
When payments open, they will be processed by Stripe. Verifagent does not store full payment card numbers.
Prices may change for future periods; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice where required.
Withdrawal and cancellation
If you are a consumer entitled to a withdrawal right under applicable law, you may exercise it according to that law, subject to any exceptions that apply to digital services begun with consent.
When billing is configured, you may cancel a Studio subscription from the Stripe Customer Portal in the dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Failed payment or cancellation does not, by itself, disable existing monitors; plan limits may apply to new creations.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Verifagent, attempt to disrupt the service, probe other customers’ monitors, or use ping URLs you are not authorized to call.
Do not send unlawful content or sensitive personal data in ping payloads. Tokens in ping URLs are secrets.
Availability
We aim for continuous operation of ingestion, scanning and notifications, including periodic dispatch triggered by an external scheduler. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, zero false negatives, or delivery of every notification under all network conditions.
The service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, technical evolution or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Such interruptions do not, in themselves, give rise to compensation, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of continuous availability or of any particular result. Verifagent does not warrant that every outage will be detected, that every notification will be delivered, or that delivery will occur within a given time.
Alert delivery depends on third parties (email providers, Slack, Discord, telecommunications networks and similar services) over which the publisher has no control. A failure, delay or filtering by such third parties does not engage Verifagent’s liability.
You remain solely responsible for your automations, for their proper operation, and for the configuration of your monitoring (expected frequency, grace period and linked alert channels). A misconfigured monitor, a missing ping in the workflow, an unsuitable grace period or a monitor with no linked channel does not engage the publisher.
Verifagent is a complementary monitoring tool. You must not rely on it as your sole surveillance mechanism for processes that are critical to your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verifagent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of revenue, loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, or commercial or reputational harm, arising in particular from an undetected outage, a delayed, failed or unread notification, a service interruption, a misconfigured monitor or a third-party failure (n8n, Make, Zapier, Slack, Discord, email providers and similar).
Where Verifagent’s liability is engaged, it is capped at the total amounts actually paid by you to Verifagent for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred euros (€100) if you use a free plan, without prejudice to mandatory provisions of applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Verifagent product, brand and interface remain our property. You retain rights to your configuration data and content you submit. You grant us a licence to process that content solely to provide the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance when permitted by law.
